My tastes have changed 0ver the last few years. I was totally into Cali and Oregan Pinots and Cabs but am back where I began - French Reds. I get a bit frustrated with the wine tasting terminology. So, you will pretty much see my descriptions of what I liked and don't like but that's about as far as it goes. I hope more people will give the Texas wines some consideration because a fairly high percentage of them are very nice. I am most interested in finding new wines to try from reading your comments so please elaborate more!
